해외 여러 국가의 전단설계기준 근간 모델인 수정압축장이론(Modified Compression Field
Theory; MCFT)을 개발한 Prof. Frank J. Vecchio 교수님의 초청강연이 아래와 같이 진행될

4. 강연제목 : The Modified Compression Field Theory for Reinforced Concrete In Shear
: Then and Now
5. 강연내용 : The Modified Compression Field Theory was formulated almost 40 years
ago as a model for calculated the shear strength of reinforced concrete
structures in shear. Since then, it has been adopted in shear design
provisions in several jurisdictions worldwide, as well as serving as the
basis for advanced nonlinear finite element analysis procedures. This
presentation will explore details of the model, its evolution, and what
makes it unique.
